Note from the author regarding the soul.
I was asked a question whilst with a group of people about the soul.
Where does it come from?
What is its purpose?
Why do we feel it? How do we connect to it through our physical self?
Is it the same as spirit?
I found I could not answer this question, so I sat and meditated on it. And the following came in. This is totally channelled so I cannot give any back up to what is stated here except that it ‘’feels’’ right. So take from this what you need, argue the point if you want, to but I cannot change any of it.
The soul 4/3/08
God bless you, we of the M7 equasion+5, the Elohim come to talk to you about the soul of mankind. You can make this as complicated or as simple as you want. Religions of earth have made the soul unattainable to mere man. But the soul is in all life. It is a miniscule cell within the DNA of all life. And even in non-living life, crystals, rocks and elements.
The soul is the highest consciousness of all life. Your soul part is the same as the ultimate divine light Yahweh. The soul is just a smaller part but in the holographic universe is a complete part and totally connected. The soul is conscious it is not the same as spirit. It is part of the divine god of unconditional love, divine light.
It functions as a separate source of the divine energy of the purest light, but it wants to experience all aspects of life. In its own right it is totally pure. To become this way it has to have emotional experiences.
Over eons of time the universal soul grows/ becomes the pure energy, it grows through understanding and experience.
This means it only becomes the soul by means of energetic interaction of the particles as they move/ grow and condense through the experiences of the ways of life in the universe. All life. This means the energetic experiences of all stars planets suns ect.
It’s energy in its own right. The source that it comes from is in constant change/ evolution progressing to an even purer light source. This is due to its smaller aspects spreading out in the universe to experience every aspect of life.
When the body dies this evolved energy is released into the universe and will get back to source eventually taking with it the changes atomically into the source therefore changing the totality of the source, creating the evolution of everything.
Everything is energy and cannot always be seen. But it can be felt through the senses of the physical body. This includes the God, spirit and soul, along with the universal fears.
The spirit is energy with consciousness and it is part of the physical body in all life. In man it connects the physical to the soul through chemical action of the body. This energy also leaves when the body dies. And is compatible to the soul
They stay together for as much time as is nessaccary for the physical experience to be totally assimilated through time. The physical experiences of the soul and spirit carry’s on after the body dies and although this is different energy, on an unseen level the feeling of the physical experiences are imprinted into the conscious energy particles and are used to give practical help to all living life.
This is also the transition of the atomic source/ particles through the spiritual connection to life after the body dies, the soul can work with the life forms, man animal’s minerals and elements. This is part of the experience. Because it has consciousness the soul can decide what it needs and therefore use the opportunity to grow through the experiences in this realm. Thanks god bless XXX
More information given about the soul
Through the connection of mans soul to the divine source, all knowledge going back to the day life first came into existences in the universe are within man, on all levels of life throughout the whole of time.
The soul of all living things is aware of its intelligence and existence. This is one aspect of man. All that has been experienced throughout time is locked in the memory of the souls of man. Man cannot remember these memories and experiences because of the fear that has controlled his body and existence over the last few thousand years. Now it is time to understand and change this.
Its fear that remains the keeper of mans enlightenment. These fears [there are only three, abandonment, low self esteem, and mistrust.] cannot be taken away from the memery of man because they are universal and are coded in the DNA. But once they come into the conscious mind they can be intelligently understood, acknowledged and filed into an appropate area of memory where they are constantly given the unconditional love and understanding they need to be at rest all the time.
They will still be activated in situations that pose a threat to man, but the intellect can at once, consciously know that the energy need not control any part of life.
We reiterate; when you feel fear, work out where it is being generated; the charkas are a good point of reference. Recognise it, put your thoughts to it reassure it that there is no reason for it to be there, give it unconditional love. One of the streams of light coming through the universe will help you to understand your fear. God bless

As you go through your physical life path the things that happen to you are the reflections of your personal growth and learning. You create these reflections through the thoughts and imagination that are part of your makeup. Your thoughts, fears, dreams and imaginations are responsible for your life experiences that are stimulated through your chosen families, ancestors and human experiences.
But these are not! What ‘’ the true being that you are’ is about. In other words the things that stop your spiritual growth are not from you. They are given to you through the social moor’s of your chosen life path with your chosen families.
The reason you have chosen your path, is so that your soul can experience the emotions that go with the experiences. This means family and all that goes with this,
The reason the soul wants to ‘’feel’’ these emotions is because it has not had this opportunity in its existence up till now. All souls have had many existences during its time span, and many have been on the earth plane before. Every time a soul comes to earth it has another experience to feel, experience, learn about.
There is a great diversity of paths for the soul; all are playing out their part in the greater divine picture. All peoples, animals, plants, rocks, crystals, elements and angels have a beautiful soul – a spiritual part that’s working on the divine level. Each one is beautiful, important and individual, and has something to give.
All souls have the capacity to be used as a channel for the divine light to come through to earth. As an intelligent human, man can work things out and come to conclusion about lots of things. In doing so man has the option to make choices about what he does and how he lives his life.
Lots of people are unaware / unconscious of the fact that they are acting out scenarios that are inherited from ancestors and life patterns from ancient and modern times. They are happy to accept what ‘’life deals them’’, as they see it and never question it. For those who take live this way, this is their path of evolution; their learning path.
Many people feel the urge to explore their spiritual side and join groups or go to their inherited faith. All man needs teachers and these two ways are fine teaching methods, they are on their path of evolution. For the ones who are craving spiritual understanding, there are many ways to show you how to work with spirit consciously and how to be used as a channel to help guide themselves and others in growth and the ways of spirit, soul and knowledge.
There are others on earth that are individual and know it. These souls sometimes get lost in their life. There are many ways on earth that can help a man lose his identification. The biggest thing that holds man back is fear. These have been inherited and perpetuated in the lives of man since his first existence.
To start to look at these things within the self is a very personal experience and is often shunned because the task seems too difficult. If you look at it as a whole it is complicated. But if it’s broken down to small steps, then it’s not so bad.
There are many ways of approaching these matters. One of the easiest ways is to start to clear your personal energies through the personal charka system. There are many books that are easy to understand to start you off. Learn how the colours go and start at the bottom and work upwards. It’s important to clear the base and sacral before you go up to the higher ones. This will create a strong base to build on. If you do not do this and go into the higher charkas straight away, the ego take over and your inspiration becomes ego based. You do not have to do study to get the system started. As you go no with it your will fine the information will come to you. God bless.
Once you start to clear and balance your personal charka/ energy system the space it leaves in your energy field will fill with a lighter energy. The way to fill this space with the best energy is to work on the unconditional love vibration. As you work through the energy areas of your body do it with the feeling of the love that you feel when you look at a kitten or a beautiful flower that shows itself in the spring, or the beauty of an old tree.
Recognise the feeling of beauty, unconditional love! This is what you fill the spaces inside you with. These areas of the charkas are in a line and co-incide with the gland system of the body. The glands are the part of your physical body that control the chemicals that are needed to be healthy and function.
For instance the base charka is the survival charka, flight and fight. When this is activated it sends information to the brain to release adrenalin into the body to give the strength to run or to fight. This one simple explanation. Each charka connects to a set of glands. Each one has a different job to do with in the body.
The other side is these also connect to man deepest emotions and fears. So as you open and close and let the energy flow through, these fears will need to be addresses. As you start to do the clearing do it slowly, gently and with love for yourself. Let the emotions flow, let yourself cry or work through your anger, loneliness. If you need a guide you will be presented with one.
This might be in the form of a friend, teacher or colleague. Someone will come into your life to help. The energy of the Divine matrix, God, Universal mind, Central Sun, works with you if you are conscious of working with it. Ask and you shall receive. Ask with the feeling that you have already been answered. With unconditional love for yourself. Abandon yourself to the true being that you are. Remember who you are, before you became a member of your family. Remember who your soul is and where it came from, re-connect to your being. Then you will engage the energy of the Universal mind, God, Divine matrix.
The Divine Matrix
The Divine matrix is the substance of the Divine light godhead energy without consciousness. It is in all space, It only moves into consciousness when the energy of man gives it direction of form, with their thought energy, remember to use unconditional love. The soul is not part of this.
So it’s the act of giving attention, feeling and unconditional love to an imagination or visualisation that makes it work. Attention gives the Divine matrix the reality that the feeling reflects.
The feelings are the important bit, the feeling has to be complete, not just think it but also feel it as if it is fact. Preying, oming, meditation, these acts puts us in touch with the true feeling that reflects the perfection that’s in our imaginations and dreams. Sitting in meditations help a person to be in touch with the feeling that makes reality in our world.
To feel and visualise it as if it’s happened.

To feel and visualise your health as perfect, feel visualise and prey this way.
Work done 21/6/07 summer solstice
Work done on the earth/ universe last June has created the 8-side star pattern in the universe, on earth and mankind. This is designed to upgrade the light particles that exist in the universe. There is a stream of energy that’s open now and won’t shut off. The planets are all converted now and are portals in there own right.
These constitutes the streams that are given through the Lauren Zimmerman channel, they will penetrate all levels of existence, spiritual, physical and quantum.
