Remembering:
This time line is nearly finished~ these last few months of this nine year cycles has had some profound effects on us/me/you everyone~ move into 2020 with our quotient light body~ and carry on in the same manner~ getting our memory back~ knowing who we are in the greater picture~ and working from this platform, our own planet~ carrying on doing Gaia healing and holding the light on all levels.
Everyone is in the flow of these energy waves from the outer galaxy’s through the singularity of our galixy Milky Way from Andromeda @ the same time as our local planets move through there trajectory interacting massively with the solar flair + the 22 galactic array line up and our own MW black whole.
From the off planet viewpoint these accumulated alignments are very powerful and are interacting on the DNA, all people are receiving this.

At these times of energy transformation~ its best to be slow and look at our inner physical self~ so that we can adjust to these frequencies, if your life style allow~ this is the best way to ride them by expanding into them.

The spiralling heady feelings, the watery jelly like body, that feel like it has no solid substance, go with it, give no resistances, everything gets better as we embrace it.

Being in the moment we take a mindful attitude to knowing the now moment, every in between moment~ between cooking~ cleaning~ doing our physical tasks, its freedom, inspiriting, very easy, we are very lucky, to be able to know that we are a planetary being living on earth openly!
